This policy explains how Trizal Digital Inc. ("Trizal", "we") handles personal information on this website and in the services we build: GetCost, the business app for contractors and home improvement professionals, and our connections to Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram).
The GetCost Privacy Policy covers the GetCost app in general. This page adds what is specific to data we receive from Meta.
Who we are

This website
trizal.com uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers. Like any web server, ours keeps standard access logs (IP address, date and time, page requested and browser type) to keep the site running and secure. If you email us, we use your message only to answer you.
Data we receive from Meta (Facebook and Instagram)
Signing in to GetCost with Facebook
If you choose to sign in to GetCost with Facebook, we receive your name, email address and Facebook account ID. We use them only to create and recognize your GetCost account.
Facebook and Instagram Lead Ads
A contractor can connect their own Facebook Page to GetCost. When someone fills in one of that contractor's Lead Ads forms on Facebook or Instagram, we receive the answers to the form (for example name, phone number, email address and the work they need done) and add them as a lead in that contractor's GetCost account.
- We only receive leads from Pages the contractor chose to connect.
- Each lead is visible only in the account of the contractor whose ad collected it, to the people that contractor gives access to, and to our staff when needed for support.
- The contractor can disconnect a Page at any time. From then on, no new leads are received from it.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent or trade data received from Meta.
- We do not use it for advertising or to build advertising profiles.
- We do not use it to train AI or machine learning models.
- We do not post to Facebook or Instagram on anyone's behalf.
Who it is shared with
Data received from Meta is disclosed only to service providers that process it on our behalf to run GetCost features the contractor uses (for example hosting, or the GetCost AI assistant when the contractor asks it to work with a lead), to our staff where access is needed to provide support, and where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Leads stay in the contractor's GetCost account until the contractor deletes them or asks us to delete their account. Sign-in information is kept for as long as the GetCost account exists.
Deleting your data
- Contractors: delete individual leads in GetCost, or delete your whole account and all of its data from Settings | Advanced in the app. To stop receiving leads, disconnect your Page in GetCost, or remove GetCost from your Facebook settings under Business Integrations.
- Signed in with Facebook: remove GetCost from your Facebook settings under Apps and Websites, and delete your GetCost account from Settings | Advanced.
- Someone who filled in a contractor's lead form: the lead belongs to that contractor; contact them first. You can also email support@getcost.com and we will help.
You can also request deletion by email at support@getcost.com. Requests are processed within a few days.
Security
Data is stored on servers that are not open to the public. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so while we work to protect personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
